A firm with cycling in its DNA
In 2008, Seth Davidson founded this firm. His daughter Cassady Sakura Davidson joined him in 2015. Both are avid cyclists and attorneys licensed to practice in California state and federal courts. Whether you’ve been hit by a motor vehicle or whether you’ve fallen due to a dangerous road condition or defective roadway design, they have the legal experience to hear and analyze your case.
Seth got his racing license in 1984 with the Violet Crown Sports Association in Austin, Texas, and raced as a Category 2 and masters racer for almost 35 years in the US and Japan. If you’ve raced or ridden competitively in Southern California, chances are good that you know him or have ridden with him.
Cassady is an avid cyclist and lawyer. She and her husband, both graduates of Tokyo University, are active riders and often spend their recreational and commuting time riding (and a li’l racing) throughout cities and counties of California.
